Gjallarhorn of Kjeldoran

This horn is made from the tusk of a mammoth and decorated with runes of frost and valor. It was once used by the legendary hero Kjeldoran to rally his allies against the forces of evil.
When you use an action to blow this horn, you can choose one of the following effects. Once you use this horn, it can't be used again until the next dawn.

Battlecry of the North

You and up to eight friendly creatures within 300 feet of you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and saving throws for 1 minute.

Winter's Fury

You create a blast of cold air that deals cold damage to each creature in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking half as much damage on a successful one.

Kjeldoran's Companion

You summon a spirit mammoth that appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of you. The mammoth acts as your ally and obeys your commands. It has the same statistics as a normal mammoth, except it has resistance to cold damage and can understand any language you speak. The mammoth disappears after 1 hour or when it drops to 0 hit points.
