This amulet is made of a black metal that feels slimy to the touch. It has a single red eye embedded in its center, which occasionally blinks and moves. The eye seems to have a will of its own, and grants the wearer a connection to a mysterious and malevolent force.
While wearing this amulet, you gain the following benefits:

Damage Resistance

You have resistance to acid damage and immunity to poison damage and have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.

Amorphous Form

You can use an action to move up to 20 feet through spaces no more than an inch in diameter. You must end this movement in a space that can accommodate your full size. Otherwise, you takes 5 () force damage and returns to the space where you began this movement.

Spew Slime

You can use an action to spew out a stream of corrosive slime, targeting one creature that you can see within 60 feet of you. The target must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 55 () acid damage. Unless the target avoids taking any of this damage, any metal armor worn by the target takes a permanent −1 penalty to the AC it offers, and any metal weapon it is carrying or wearing takes a permanent −1 penalty to damage rolls. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.

Covered in Slime

You can use a bonus action to cause the amulet to ooze and drip, covering you and your equipment in a layer of slime. For 1 minute, you can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check, and any creature that hits you with a melee attack takes 5 () acid damage. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.

Drawback

However, the amulet also has a drawback:
The amulet is a sentient chaotic evil item with an Intelligence of 14, a Wisdom of 20, and a Charisma of 18. It has hearing and truesight out to a range of 120 feet. It can communicate telepathically with the wearer, and can also speak, read, and understand all languages. The amulet's purpose is to spread the influence of a dark and corrupting power and to turn the wearer into its servant. It is loyal to this power and its allies, and hostile to any other beings that oppose it. It seeks to persuade the wearer to perform acts of destruction, chaos, and evil, especially against metal objects and creatures.
