This golden cloak shimmers with radiant light. The cloak is made of fine silk and embroidered with golden threads. It has a hood that can be pulled over the head to conceal the wearer's identity. While wearing it, you gain the following benefits:

Blinding Gaze

You can use a bonus action to activate the cloak's blinding gaze for 1 minute. When activated, any creature of your choice that starts its turn within 30 feet of you must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.

Attunement

If an evil creature tries to attune to the Angelic Shroud, it must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes radiant damage and is blinded for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and is not blinded. The cloak then rejects the creature and falls off its body.
