Description

You hurls a bolt of coagulated blood at a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes piercing damage. Hit or miss, the bolt then explodes, showering the area with crimson droplets that sear flesh and corrode armor. The target and each creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take acid damage and have their AC reduced by 1 until the end of their next turn.

At higher levels

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the acid damage increases by for each slot level above 1st. Additionally, when you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the AC reduction increases by 1 for every two slot levels above 2nd.
