Blood Drain: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is a living creature, the blood golem also reduces the targets Constitution score by 2 () points. The creature dies if its Constitution score is reduced to 0 by this damage. The blood golem regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt. Constitution score reduction caused by Blood Drain is restored after a long rest.
Clotted Hide: As an action, the blood golem can harden its outer layer of blood into a thick hide, gaining resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons until it ends this effect with another action or falls unconscious.
Bloodcurdle (Recharge 5-6): The blood golem lets out a horrifying shriek. Each creature within 30 feet of it must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 18 () necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

A blood golem is a horrifying sculpture of violence, a pulsating mass of crimson that mocks the human form. Its surface writhes like thick, viscous sludge, occasionally revealing glimpses of bone and muscle beneath. Two powerful fists, crudely formed from the same bloody material, protrude from its body.
