Crown of the Raven Queen

This crown is made of twisted branches and feathers, resembling a raven's nest. It is said to be a gift from the Raven Queen herself to one of her most faithful servants. The crown grants you a connection to the goddess of death and fate, as well as some of her powers.
Raven's Insight
While wearing it, you can sense the emotions and intentions of others, as well as inspire fear in your enemies. You have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks and Charisma (Intimidation) checks.Undying Loyalty
The Raven Queen rewards you with a measure of protection from death. You have resistance to necrotic damage and advantage on death saving throws.Raven Queen's Spells
This item has 12 charges and regains charges at dawn. You can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: (2 charges), (3 charges), (4 charges), (4 charges), (6 charges), or (6 charges). The spell attack modifier is +9 and the spell save DC is 17.In addition, you learn the cantrip. For you, it has a range of 30 feet, and you can cast it as a bonus action.
Raven's Call
While wearing the crown, you may occasionally attract the attention of the Raven Queen's messengers. At the DM's discretion, a raven may land on the crown and deliver a message from the Raven Queen. The message can be a warning, a prophecy, a command, or a request. The raven will stay with you until you complete the message or until it is killed. You can communicate with the raven telepathically as long as it is within 100 feet of you.Raven's Curse
Once per day, you can use an action to invoke the Raven Queen's curse on a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 19). On a failed save, the target is afflicted with a curse that causes it to suffer the following effects:- The target has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.
- The target takes necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns.
- The target emits a loud croaking sound whenever it tries to speak, making it unable to cast spells that require verbal components.
