This small leather pouch contains a handful of dried red peppers that are extremely spicy. As an action, you can pull out one pepper and eat it, gaining one of the following benefits for 1 minute:

You can breathe fire as an action. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.Dragon's Hide
