You can use a reaction to unleash a bolt of radiant energy at a creature that damages you or an ally within 60 feet of you. The creature must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
