Lycanthropy: Wereboar
Homebrew Feat for D&D 5e
Prerequisite: Infected with lycanthropy from a Wereboar
Description
Ill-tempered and coarse, wereboars are brutish creatures. In their humanoid state, they display a stocky and muscular physique, adorned with short, stiff hair. Utilizing heavy weapons in their humanoid and hybrid forms, wereboars unleash a devastating goring attack in hybrid or animal form, thereby spreading their curse. The infection is spread indiscriminately, and wereboars take pleasure in the fact that the more their victims resist the curse, the more savage and bestial they become.Wereboar Lycanthropy
As a wereboar, you gain a Strength of 17 if your score isn’t already higher, and you receive a +1 bonus to AC while in boar or hybrid form (from natural armor). Additionally, you gain immunity to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Silvered.Shapechanger
You can use your action to polymorph into a boar-humanoid hybrid or into a boar, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. Your statistics, other than your AC, remain the same in each form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you die.Relentless
If you take damage that would reduce you to 0 hit points but not kill you outright, you are reduced to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.Multiattack (Hybrid Form Only)
In hybrid form, you can make two attacks when you take the attack action, only one of which can be with your tusks.Tusks (Boar or Hybrid Form Only)
You have tusks that you can use to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals + your Strength modifier piercing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with wereboar lycanthropy.Charge (Boar or Hybrid Form Only)
If you move at least 15 feet straight toward a target and then hit it with your tusks on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 () slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier or be knocked prone.Lycanthropy: Wereboar
