Oath of Annihilation
Homebrew Paladin subclass for D&D 5e
Paladins who take the Oath of Annihilation believe that the only way to bring about peace and justice is to eradicate all existence. They hold that evil is inherent in all living things, and that even the most devout cleric or paladin is capable of sinning. Therefore, they believe that the only way to truly eliminate evil is to destroy all that exists, leaving behind a realm of nothingness.
Tenets of the Oath
Tenets of the Oath
- There is no such thing as true goodness. All living things are capable of evil, and even the most benevolent acts can have unintended consequences.
- The only way to truly eliminate evil is to destroy all that exists. Only through the annihilation of all life can a world be truly pure and free from suffering.
- The path to annihilation is the path to salvation. By destroying all that exists, we free ourselves from the cycle of sin and suffering.
