This shirt is crafted from the cured and alchemically treated skin of a powerful troll. Though it no longer lives, its regenerative magic lingers, granting its wearer an uncanny ability to recover from injuries. The shirt is thick, leathery, and faintly pulsates with lingering vitality.
Regenerative Flesh
At the start of your turn, if you have at least 1 hit point, you regain 5 hit points. This regeneration does not function if you took acid or fire damage since the end of your last turn.Troll's Endurance
When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once this property has been used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.Curse: Lingering Hunger
While attuned to this shirt, you are afflicted with an insatiable hunger. This hunger can only be satisfied by consuming fresh meat, preferably raw. Each day you go without eating at least 2 pounds of such meat, you gain one level of exhaustion, which cannot be removed until you feast. While wearing the shirt, cooked food and rations taste like ash, and your body rejects anything but raw flesh.Once attuned, you cannot remove the shirt unless targeted by a spell or similar magic. Even then, the craving lingers for weeks, and those who have worn the shirt for long periods may struggle to resist their newfound appetite.
