This item appears to be a simple stick in the shape of a humanoid, about 1 foot long. You can use an action to speak its command word and activate it for 1 hour. During this time, it becomes a living creature that acts as your familiar. You can communicate with it telepathically and see through its eyes as long as you are on the same plane of existence.

Shape Change

Twiggy can use its action to into a Tiny beast that has a CR of 0 (such as a rat, a frog, or a spider) or back into its true form. Its statistics are the same in each form, except for the speed changes accordingly.

Nimble Escape

Twiggy can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Sticky Fingers

Twiggy has hands that can manipulate objects. It can use simple tools and weapons, but not armor or shields. It can also carry up to 10 pounds of weight.
