Chronosphere

As an action, you can create a sphere of distorted time with a 30-foot radius centered on yourself. Inside the sphere, time passes much faster than outside. The sphere lasts for 1 minute, but inside the sphere a full hour passes. You and any creatures inside the sphere can use this extra time to perform complex or time-consuming tasks, such as casting rituals, crafting items, studying books, etc. However, if a creature enters or leaves the sphere during its duration, they experience immense stress from the temporal shift. They must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a success, they are stunned until the start of their next turn. On a failure, they fall unconscious and gain two levels of exhaustion. If the sphere is breached, the effect ends immediately.
