Shapechanger: The bunch of banana mimics can use its action to polymorph into a bunch of bananas or back into its true, amorphous form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Adhesive (Banana Bunch Form Only): The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A medium or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 10). Ability checks made to escape this grapple have disadvantage.
False Appearance (Banana Bunch Form Only): While the bunch of banana mimics remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a regular bunch of bananas.
Grappler: The mimic has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.

Multiattack: The Bunch of Banana Mimics makes two melee attacks, but can bite only once.
Pseudopod: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 () bludgeoning damage. If the mimic is in object form, the target is subjected to its Adhesive trait.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 () piercing damage plus 4 () acid damage.
Fruit Fly Barrage: Ranged Spell Attack: +4 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is swarmed by a barrage of spectral fruit flies, taking 7 () piercing damage and must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be distracted by the intense buzzing, giving disadvantage on its next attack roll.
Bonus Actions
Banana Peel Slip (Recharge 5-6): The bunch of banana mimics can eject slippery banana peels in a 10-foot radius centered on itself. Any creature that enters the area or starts its turn there must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.

Each mimic within the bunch retains its individual consciousness, yet their minds are linked—a hive intelligence fueled by malevolence. They communicate through silent impulses, coordinating their attacks with eerie precision. When one detects movement, all five shift in unison, revealing their true form: a writhing mass of gnashing teeth and sticky tendrils.
The Bunch of Banana Mimics is relentless in its pursuit. It stalks fruit markets, jungle clearings, and forgotten orchards. Its preferred victims are larger than those of its singular kin. Monkeys, adventurers, and even unwary ogres have fallen prey to its ambushes.
Eating Banana Mimics
