On a failed save, the target is also pushed 10 feet away and knocked prone.

Notes

The Draconic Wendigo is a creature shrouded in mystery and fear, often spoken of in hushed tones around campfires. Rarely seen and even more rarely survived, this elusive monstrosity is the subject of countless rumors and legends. Its appearance alone is enough to strike terror into the hearts of those who encounter it: a towering figure with a body covered in a mix of scales and fur, a face that is a chilling blend of draconic and reptilian features, and large, imposing antlers. Its glowing red eyes and gaping maw filled with razor-sharp teeth are the stuff of nightmares.
The Draconic Wendigo is known to inhabit remote, desolate areas, far from the prying eyes of civilization. It is a solitary creature, fiercely territorial and highly aggressive towards intruders. Those who venture too close to its domain often meet a grisly end, their remains serving as a grim warning to others. Despite its fearsome reputation, little is known about the Draconic Wendigo's true nature or origins. Some believe it to be the result of dark, ancient magic, while others speculate it is a cursed being, forever doomed to wander the wilderness in search of prey.
Behaviorally, the Draconic Wendigo is a cunning and relentless hunter. It uses its keen sense of smell to track its victims, often stalking them for days before striking. When it does attack, it does so with a terrifying ferocity, using its powerful limbs and antlers to devastating effect. The creature is also known for its eerie, bone-chilling roar, which can paralyze even the bravest of adventurers with fear. Despite its monstrous appearance, the Draconic Wendigo is not without intelligence. It is capable of understanding common languages, though it cannot speak, and it has been known to set traps and ambushes for those who dare to enter its territory.
Encounters with the Draconic Wendigo are exceedingly rare, and those who survive such encounters are often left with haunting memories and a deep-seated fear of the wilderness. The creature's elusiveness and the scarcity of reliable information about it only add to its mystique, making it a subject of fascination and dread among scholars and adventurers alike.
