This cloak is made of dark fabric that seems to absorb light. It has a hood that covers your face and a jagged hem that trails behind you. The cloak feels cold and heavy on your shoulders, and you hear faint whispers in your mind when you wear it. While wearing it, you gain the following benefits:

Dark Resilience

You have resistance to necrotic damage and immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition.

Veil of Darkness

You can use a bonus action to cast shadow of moil without expending a spell slot or material components. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

Dark Vitality

When you hit a creature with an attack or a spell that deals necrotic damage, you can choose to deal an extra 21 () necrotic damage and heal for an amount equal to the extra damage dealt. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
