When worn, it seems to cling to its wearer unnaturally, causing them to blend into the dim and the dark. The shroud carries the presence of the Phantom Queen, an enigmatic figure of death and fate, whose whispers guide those who walk the line between life and the beyond.

Veil of the Lost

While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to become lightly obscured, even in bright light, as shifting shadows wrap around you. In dim light or darkness, you instead become heavily obscured to creatures that rely on sight.

Wraithwalk

As a reaction when you take damage, you can briefly become incorporeal. Until the end of your next turn, you gain resistance to all damage except force and radiant, and you can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. If you end your turn inside an object, you are shunted to the nearest unoccupied space, taking force damage for every 5 feet traveled. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses at dawn.

Queen's Omen

As an action, you can invoke the power of the Phantom Queen, causing spectral ravens to emerge from the shroud and swirl around you. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:

You have advantage on Intimidation and Stealth checks.
When you hit a creature with an attack, you can deal an additional psychic damage.
Hostile creatures within 10 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened.
