As an action, you can activate the Vortex Jewel, creating a swirling vortex of elemental energy centered on yourself. Each creature within 15 feet of you must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes damage of a type you choose: fire, lightning, thunder, or cold. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage.Once used, this feature can’t be used again until the next dawn.
