While attuned to this shirt, you are afflicted with an insatiable hunger. This hunger can only be satisfied by consuming fresh meat, preferably raw. Each day you go without eating at least 2 pounds of such meat, you gain one level of exhaustion, which cannot be removed until you feast. While wearing the shirt, cooked food and rations taste like ash, and your body rejects anything but raw flesh.Once attuned, you cannot remove the shirt unless targeted by a spell or similar magic. Even then, the craving lingers for weeks, and those who have worn the shirt for long periods may struggle to resist their newfound appetite.
